Job Training Project (2014 – 2015)
Training and development is essential for all HM staff to upgrade their skills, knowledge, and mindset. HM labeled the year as ‘Job Training Year’. It is a year whereby all of our staffs obtain opportunities to upgrade themselves on job-related trainings and development to satisfy our customer demand. We have engaged Singapore Workforce Development Agency (WDA) and Singapore Chinese Chamber of Commerce & Industry (SCCCI), as well as other individual trainers on this training project that involves approximately S$ 73,000 investment on our human capital on improving in our business model.
